Position: Barista

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards
Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Provide a positive and friendly customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
