We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient café environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards
- Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Provide a positive and friendly customer experience
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
