Travel Physical Therapist - $2,061 per week

Physical Therapist (PT) - SNF / LTC Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment with a start date of ASAP and a duration of 13 weeks in Crossville, Tennessee. The position requires 40 hours per week , with an 8‑hour shift structure and is a Travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term Care setting.
