• Type of staff:

• Day Shift – 1Charge RN, 10 RN, 10 CST, 2 schedulers, 3 anesthesia tech and 2 orderly.

• 5 RN work 10s, 5 CST work 10s

• 0 RN work 12s, 2 CST work 12s

1Night Shift (3p-11p) - 1 RN and 1 CST

• Patient Ratios – 1:1

• Type of equipment - All kinds; Hana bedX2, Axis Bed, Trios Bed, levo positioner, Rosa, Mazor, Davinci robots X3, Stryker Towers, Storz towers, ENT microscope, cobolators, nims, Spine/neuro Microscope, ora machine, eye microscope, tourniquets, Hybrid room, medistem, vasoview, cell saver, perfusion pump, ecmo machine,

• EMR - Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Must have CV experience

• Must be able to do vascular and robotic cases

• 8s or 10s hour shift is fine

• *MUST TAKE CALL

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Candidates with endovascular experience

• Candidates with moderate sedation experience

• Candidates that can do ortho, ent, gyn, and general cases

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• CABG with or without valves

• Pericardial Window

• AAA and endovascular AA

• ECMO

• Convergent Maze

• Impella – ballon pump

• Fistula

• All the Bypass

• Endarterectomy – carotid or femoral

• VATs (Robotic, Lap or Open)

• Robotic Esophagectomy

• BKA or AKA

• Temporal artery bypass

• Thombectomy/embolectomy

• Insertion or Removal of Peritoneal Dialysis catheter

Best personality Fit:

• Someone who is a hard worker, willing to help wherever it's needed, and gets along with others.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN license, bls, acls, and pals

• Great if RN has CNOR but not necessary

Floating Area(s):

• Will work in the Surgery Department only

• Case load will vary – Can do general, ortho, ent, gyn, podiatry, urology, plastic, pain, or eyes.

Dress Code :

• Scrub Color/Attire - RN navy blue

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Monday-Friday call starts at the end of your shift goes to the next morning at 7am

• Weekend call is 24 hours
