Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Recruitment Manager - Candidate Engagement at Primrose Legal Placement. As a Legal Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top legal talent for for positions the company has been asked to assist in filling. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal recruitment experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the legal market. Responsibilities will include identifying, contacting, and meeting with potential candidates for attorney positions on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of legal recruitment experience.
Proven track record in legal recruitment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop recruitment strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
Strong understanding of the legal market.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
