Forklift Operator Night Shift

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team on the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment with a reputable company after a successful probationary period. Key Responsibilities of Night Shift Forklift Operator: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Load and unload materials onto and off of semi-trailers Pick up baled materials and stack non-skidded materials Perform physical labor including stacking pallets and cutting bands from bales or skidded pallets Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet nightly production goals Requirementsof Night Shift Forklift Operator: Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred Ability to safely sit and operate equipment for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment , including moving in and out of the warehouse to load and unload materials Exposure to hot summer and cold winter conditions Strong attendance record with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed Above-average communication and teamwork skills Steel-toed boots required on the first day of work Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check (criminal and employment verification) Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used) Pay & Scheduleof Night Shift Forklift Operator: Starting Pay: $19/hour (weekly pay!)
