Computational Genomics Data Scientist (PhD)

Obsidian is seeking a highly skilled computational biologist to perform realistic, multi-step data-analysis tasks across computational genomics, quantitative biology, and translational biomedicine. You will independently inspect datasets, apply QC, choose statistical methods, and run analyses in R and Python to generate reproducible results. You will interpret findings in the context of biological questions, document methods and assumptions precisely, and communicate uncertainty clearly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Obsidian
