Envelope Machine AdjusterCenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & ScheduleStarting at $24.06/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)1st shift 6:30am - 2:30pm2nd shift 2:30pm -- 10:30pm / $0.75/hr shift premium3rd shift 10:30pm -- 6:30am / $1.50/hr shift premiumFlexibility to train on any shift.Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.Shift availability is subject to change.What You'll DoSet up, align, and adjust envelope machinesPerform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairsMaintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptimeInspect product quality and minimize wastePerform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacementInstall paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need5+ years envelope machine adjusting experienceAdvanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerancesDetail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCenveo is an EEO Employer INDCVOP
