Contract | Days, 4x10-hour shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital
• Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately one on-call day per week and every 4th/5th weekend (Friday 18:00 – Monday 07:30)
• Participate in weekend scheduling, including approximately one Saturday per month as part of the standard four-shift weekly schedule
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including to EP or Interventional Radiology (IR) as required
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working three of five designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license (pending AK license accepted for submission; license must be in hand for offer)
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required; 2 years preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• Must be available for on-call shifts and willing to float to sister facilities within scope as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) or Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or specialty procedural setting
