Key responsibilities include managing inbound client calls, accurately entering orders, verifying insurance information, controlling inventory, and maintaining effective communication with clients, doctors, and pharmacists. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Minimum two years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• Proficient data entry abilities
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
• Relevant healthcare management or customer service certifications are a plus
