???? Electronics Assembler / RF Test Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Build, Test, and Innovate

Do you enjoy working with electronics, troubleshooting technical challenges, and using advanced test equipment? We're looking for an Electronics Assembler / RF Test Technician to support the development, testing, and validation of cutting-edge RF test and measurement products.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to help bring innovative electronic products from concept to launch. If you're curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about electronics, we'd love to hear from you!

???? What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic and RF equipment.
• Support RF test and measurement products throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform product validation, benchmarking, feature verification, and performance testing.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and product information.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate product performance and customer requirements.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify new product opportunities.
• Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and product launch activities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
• Support product demonstrations, technical inquiries, and application discussions.
• Develop technical content such as application notes, presentations, brochures, and training materials.
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support production readiness.
• Help manage inventory planning, engineering changes, and revision control processes.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience working with oscilloscopes, calibration equipment, and electronic test instruments .
• Knowledge of RF testing, microwave electronics, electronic assembly, and troubleshooting .
• Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment and precision hand tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work within a cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline preferred.

• Experience with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, or RF test & measurement systems.
• Knowledge of microwave engineering and network analyzers.
• Experience supporting product development or engineering teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Rafael, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
