Regional Beverage Manager (Mixología y Operación de Bares)

Role Description We are seeking a Regional Beverage Manager with a strong leadership mindset, operational excellence, and a deep passion for mixology to lead and elevate our beverage program across multiple locations in the Bay Area. This is a strategic, multi-unit position designed for a professional who can drive execution, ensure consistency, and deliver measurable impact across the business—enhancing operational performance, guest experience, and overall profitability. What You’ll Do Design and develop signature cocktails and seasonal menus that represent our brand Lead inventory management, purchasing, and par levels across all locations Control and optimize beverage cost (target 18%–22%) Train and elevate our bar teams Ensure consistency, quality, and speed of execution Introduce innovation and “wow factor” into the guest experience Partner closely with operations to scale the program across the region We are looking for someone who combines creative talent with a business mindset: Strong background in mixology (non-negotiable) Experience in high-volume and/or multi-unit operations Solid understanding of inventory, cost control, and operations Hands-on leadership style (not a desk-only role) Ability to execute with discipline and attention to detail Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Qualifications Proficiency in Mixology, Food & Beverage management, and menu development. Strong Customer Service and team management capabilities. Experience in Staff Training, including mentoring bar teams and promoting skills development. Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques for increasing beverage revenue. Proven experience in Budgeting, inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations. Understanding of state and local liquor laws, licenses, and food safety standards. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
