Job Title: Electrical Technician
Client: Power Management Company
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Arden, NC 28704
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform final inspection, functional testing, and troubleshooting of electrical products before shipment
• Create and execute test plans for electrical assemblies, control panels, and power distribution equipment
• Conduct electrical, mechanical, insulation, and sequence testing
• Diagnose electrical failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications
• Support customer inspections and verify product compliance with customer requirements
• Recommend improvements to assembly, wiring, calibration, and testing processes
• Maintain testing equipment, calibration records, reports, and technical documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and PPE requirements

Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in power distribution or electrical distribution environments
• Troubleshooting complex electrical circuits and systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Electrical testing and inspection experience
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience using electrical test equipment and instruments
• Documentation and report preparation skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or Mechatronics
• Experience working with energized electrical equipment
• Experience in manufacturing or testing environments
• Additional experience with electrical schematics and controls systems
• Knowledge of power distribution equipment and switchgear systems
