Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Emergency and Critical Care. Comfortable working in a critical care environment.

Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: Willing to train in NICU (This is where the greatest need is - NICU patients) All patient ages will be part of case load.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday: Every 2nd or 3rd weekend; Holiday Rotation. To Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago and other units as needed.

Floating Requirements: To Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago and other units as needed

19 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
