Deliver one-on-one patient care, managing anesthesia for diverse age groups in a Level I trauma center. Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice setting. Cover a fast-paced surgical schedule with a mix of longer and shorter cases. Maintain excellent documentation and communication throughout patient care. Support orientation and training as needed. What You Need Graduate (Master s or Doctorate) from an accredited anesthesia program. Current MN RN Anesthetist licensure or the ability to obtain it. Certification/Recertification by NBCRNA. BCLS/ACLS certification. Previous CRNA experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
