With a competitive salary, bonus opportunities and an in-depth training program, along with an excellent benefits program including generous PTO and a 401k match, our team members are rewarded for their hard work!Responsibilities and essential job functions:Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship, while partnering with Eclipse IA HRManage the Site workforce: including hiring, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties.Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization.Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning, and space requirements and implementing changes.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.In collaboration with the Regional Manager, will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review.Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.Job Requirements:Must have 5-7 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability in Operations Management work and process improvement is essentialMust exhibit strong data analysis capabilitiesExperience in start-up facility preferredGrocery warehousing industry preferredSelf-starter with ability to drive improvements in operational processesAble to communicate effectively with others and establish credibilitySet aggressive targets and meets them in a challenging and complex environmentPicks up knowledge quickly, strong leadership, highly reliable and positive attitudeAbility to motivate, energize and influence othersMicrosoft Office proficiency a must (Outlook, Excel)People Management, Supervision, Data Entry Skills, Data Entry Management, Data Processing, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Deadline-OrientedBilingual language skill is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer| Drug Free Workplace| Must be able to work in the US
