Job Summary: The Nurse Assistant / Unit Secretary is an individual with clerical aptitude and clinical abilities that assist the nursing staff by performing selected procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Will perform clerical duties as directed to optimize department operations. Responsibilities Provides Safe and Efficient Patient Care. Communicates effectively. Performs Scheduling, Computer and Clerical Functions. Demonstrates Scheduling Proficiency. Demonstrates Role Accountability. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire.
