Territory Sales Leader

PepsiCo Sales is looking for a Territory Sales Leader to lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives and Sales District Leads to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The Territory Sales Leader will cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.

Responsibilities include managing and motivating a team of employees to increase sales and improve business performance, conducting 'work-withs/route rides' to develop selling and customer service skills, working proactively with customers to understand business needs and develop strong relationships, maintaining process improvement to enhance productivity, collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure orders are submitted, delivered, and merchandised according to plan, activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance, holding regular weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss sales and territory strategies, setting productivity and service targets, overseeing the Merchandising Function, and assisting Territory Sales Representatives or Merchandising Team Leads with ad hoc tasks.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $73,400 - $122,850, paid time off, parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement, medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, insurance, and a defined contribution retirement plan. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities, a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, team spirit, consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment, ability to work a flexible schedule, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, willingness and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record.
