TRC Talent is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our clients team in Kennesaw, GA.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00AM 4:30PM (4-day work week)

• Pay: $18/hr

• Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term growth potential
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a wide range of production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily and weekly output requirements.

• Follow all established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.

• Complete, review, and maintain quality control documentation in accordance with ISO standards and company requirements.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when inspecting finished products, ensuring items meet all quality guidelines before packaging or shipment.

• Perform boxing, rolling, casing, labeling, and other handling procedures for a variety of products, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the process.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections, identify potential mechanical or operational issues, and report deficiencies immediately to the Production Manager or supervisor.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all workplace safety guidelines, reporting hazards, and adhering to company protocols.

• Collaborate with team members, support coworkers when needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

• Strong focus on quality and willingness to follow all safety and production guidelines.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently during scheduled shifts.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle products and materials as needed.

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
