Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you‘ll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start in Arizona.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Experience supervising or mentoring licensed clinicians and support staff.
• Experience working with productivity and RVU-based compensation models.
• Comfortable working with a PT/PTA model supported by therapy technicians and front desk staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload and support a template-based schedule (30-minute scheduled templates common).
• Demonstrated collaborative and coachable approach to clinical operations and team development.
• Proficiency or willingness to use shared EMR and direct-message communication with referring providers.

Compensation Structure and Incentives

• Monthly RVU-based production bonuses with tiered payouts.
• Extra shift pay structure. Extra shifts contribute RVUs to monthly totals.
• Typical therapist weekly visits: average 65 visits/week per therapist YTD.
• High bonus attainment among therapists; average monthly bonus figures and tiers available.
• Sign-on and retention package available including a multi-component sign-on/production arrangement.

• Paid holidays: 7 days per year.
• Paid sick leave: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per calendar year).

• CME/dues reimbursement: up to $1,750 per year for APTA dues and CME.

Patient Population and Operational Model

• Outpatient clinic serving an older-skewing patient population on the west side of Phoenix.
• Operational model typically includes a PT and PTA supported by a PT tech. PT and PTA maintain independent schedules.
• Clinic staffing includes dedicated front desk personnel.
• Productivity expectations include a 60-visit minimum per therapist in many locations; therapists may double-book as clinically appropriate.

Interview Process

• Initial phone interview with recruiter (candidates should provide phone availability when submitting).
• Teams interview (approximately 45 minutes) with the regional leader.
• On-site interview.
