Loan Servicing and Payment Associate

Job Overview Associates in this position will be responsible for a high volume of internal and external contacts, ensuring phone calls, emails, and transactions are resolved in accordance with bank guidelines and loan servicing requirements. Process mail payoffs, incoming postal payments, e‑mail requests, and loan transaction corrections. Generate and process the Vanco exception report, ensuring accurate application of loan payments. Handle NSFs for all loans on the automatic transfer system and process CL, IL, ML & RC NSFs. Order coupon books and ensure timely delivery to customers. Monitor ILs awaiting perfected vehicle titles, verify title information, and ensure Centier's lien is recorded. Distribute postal and inter‑office mail; research misplaced mail and correct destinations. Verify mortgage credit requests for refinancing customers. Perform repetitive duties following standardized procedures, supporting team efforts on a rotating monthly schedule. Process Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) tasks such as creating HELOC reports, closing RVCs, waiving fees, handling disputed RC charges, and managing recon reports. Assisting with exceptions, unpostables, unapplied funds, and late rate waivers. Other general duties as delegated by management. All daily duties to be completed and verified by 11am each day. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of lending or title company experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with NuPoint, IS Check/Network, Microsoft Office, Center View, Synergy, Outlook, and Treev. Ability to use office equipment such as copier, fax, and calculator. Background in loan servicing or related field is preferred. Remote Work Associate has the opportunity to work partially remote after 3–6 months of training.
