Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic components and products according to assembly drawings and work instructions
• Identify component values, polarity, and orientation for thru-hole electronic parts including capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs
• Read assembly drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify customer part numbers and assembly requirements
• Verify component values and correct placement on printed circuit boards
• Perform final assembly tasks including clipping, masking, hot glue application, and product finishing
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions
• Basic understanding of electronic components and printed circuit board assembly preferred
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive fine assembly work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $15.50/hr
