Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor. Expand and nurture a strong client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups. Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele. Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high‑profile engagements Uphold brand standards by ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious boutique environment. Participate in inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment. Support boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring daily readiness.
