Your Role as a Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician (Mobile General Skilled Technician)

As a Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician (Mobile General Skilled Technician) youll be the cornerstone of property maintenance ensuring our clients facilities operate flawlessly. Working from a fully equipped service vehicle youll tackle general repairs small projects and preventive maintenance programs saving clients from costly disruptions. Your expertise will shine as you troubleshoot repair and maintain various building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g. walls windows doors)
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians
Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
Adhere to safety standards and building regulations
Skills & Expertise

Proficient with power tools (e.g. drills saws)
Ability to provide accurate repair estimates
Commitment to safety best practices

Required Experience:
