Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Walker, MN

Join as a Per Diem Pharmacist to support multiple specialty pharmacy locations across Minnesota, including Walker, Sandstone, Warroad, and Wells. This opportunity involves providing expert pharmacy services on May 14th and May 15th, supporting both long-term care and retail pharmacy needs.


Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently following established protocols.
• Provide patient counseling and education on prescriptions and medication management.
• Administer immunizations as required and support preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform typical retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacy licensure.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• Immunization certification required.
• CPR certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in medication therapy management (MTM) is a plus.
• Previous experience working in retail or specialty pharmacy settings is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple site locations.

Schedule:

• May 14th and May 15th, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

• Positions available at Walker, Sandstone, Warroad, and Wells, MN.
