Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing - $2,227 per week

Job Summary Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Long Beach, New York. Job Description & Requirements: Specialty: Physical Therapist | Discipline: Therapy | Start Date: 06/08/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | 40 hours per week | Shift: 8 hours | Employment Type: Travel. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or upon start. Experience working in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric and post‑acute patients preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred. Certifications in specialty areas such as Geriatric Certified Specialist or NF‑1 preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:30 – 16:30. Work pattern: 5 shifts per week.
