Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding and fabrication on custom parts, and ensure high-quality finishes. You’ll lead by example in safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, mentoring junior welders and collaborating with engineering and assembly teams. This position offers hands-on work with advanced equipment, skill development, and the opportunity to impact production quality and efficiency.
