Registered Nurse
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 48 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: - Candidates must have experience with cardiac drips. - Flexibility in scheduling is essential as there is no self-scheduling. - Weekends are required. Description: Focus on major abdominal surgeries, plastics, ENT, and orthopedic procedures. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5-6. Following surgical procedures, patients may transfer from the surgical ICU. RNs should be open to floating as required. The unit is a busy, large-level trauma center. Successful candidates typically have over 3 years of experience, previous travel experience, and a background in a very busy hospital environment. Charting is done using the EPIC system. A BSN is not required for this position.
