PMC Technician

Intuitive Surgical seeks a PMC Technician to manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of semi-automated and automated test equipment at its Peachtree Corners facility. The role involves independent equipment assessment, SAP database management, and coordination of internal and external maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess failure modes and troubleshoot equipment not meeting specifications
• Manage Equipment Events in SAP with timely repair responses and escalations
• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and calibration activities
• Maintain PMC database, generate monthly reports, and manage calibration certificates
• Develop and maintain spare parts inventory and replicate fixture lists

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP PMC Module for work orders, notifications, and results recording
• Experience troubleshooting equipment, fixtures, and tooling anomalies
• Knowledge of quality control, metrology, preventive maintenance, and GMP principles
• Proficiency with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, force gauges, and materials testing equipment
• Working knowledge of electronics and mechanical concepts
• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel 5-10% as needed
