Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
\n
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
\n
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
\n
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability evaluating and treating adults with post-acute and chronic conditions, including mobility and functional restoration.
\n
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements.
\n
• Ability to work independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Preferred: prior travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Shift: Days.
\n
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
\n
• Scheduled as 5x8 with a 30-minute meal break.
\n
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week; scheduled 40 hours.
\n
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
