Requirements What You’ll Do As our Client Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in developing our people, improving our processes, and enhancing the client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Client Service team members through regular feedback, goal setting, and professional development conversations Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support team members in building confidence, expanding skills, and achieving professional growth Develop, document, and improve workflows, procedures, and service standards Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Partner with advisors and leadership on strategic initiatives and firm-wide improvements Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and priorities to ensure sustainable success Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members Assist with performance management and career development initiatives Provide guidance through challenging situations and help facilitate thoughtful conflict resolution Lead change initiatives and help the team successfully adapt to evolving business needs Promote and model Ardent's values, culture, and commitment to exceptional service What We’re Looking For We are looking for a leader who combines financial services experience with strong people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service environment Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing team members Experience improving processes and creating operational efficiencies Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of an organization Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve challenges professionally Bachelor's degree preferred Industry licensing or active pursuit of licensing preferred Benefits Experience within a wealth management practice is strongly preferred.
