Position Responsibilities This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant’s experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds Preferred Education and Experience Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
