Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill three(3) Mental Health Specialist or Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist positions. These are full-time, 40 hour/week positions in the Intensive Full Service Partnership (IFSP) Program in the Adult/Older Adult Division of Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. These positions are based out of the Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia St, San Jose, CA 95112. Under the supervision of the Intensive Full Service Partnership Program Supervisor, the MHS/MHRS will conduct assessments; provide psycho-education, rehabilitation, and group counseling services as well as plan coordination with other service partners and stakeholders to provide identified services to clients. The MHS/MHRS will provide community based, intensive services, including targeted case management to the adult or older adult and their family. Culturally competent and linguistically appropriate service delivery will be provided to a caseload of clients as needed and determined by the treatment team.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

MHS- BA degree and at least three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.

MHRS- BA degree plus four (4) years relevant experience and/or AA degree plus six (6) years’ experience and obtain a mental health rehabilitation specialist counselor certification from the County of Santa Clara.

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

MHS/MHRS: $69,539.18 - $80,614.97/Annually
