Operations Specialist

Do something different every day as you work with our grain department and their many services. As an Operation Specialist at our Virginia location, you will:

• Load and unload grain products, assist in operating grain elevators, and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
• Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs
• Learn how to monitor and maintain grain quality, assist with loading trains, and help at other locations in the area
• Operate equipment and obtain certifications as you grow in this role
