Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Horseheads, New York. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents, clients, and their families. Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services as part of our dedicated interdisciplinary team. Perform patient assessments, develop therapy plans of care, and educate patients and their families on occupational therapy programs and maintenance. Coach patients through therapeutic activities to achieve optimal functional outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Strong communication skills and ability to welcome constructive feedback. Ability to perform job responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $40 - $46.
