Job Description

Construction Mechanics Inc (CMI) is looking for a Commercial Plumber. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team and support our client ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

Install, plumbing systems in commercial buildings (schools, hospitals, offices, retail, industrial facilities)
Install pipes, fixtures, valves, water heaters, boilers, pumps, and related equipment
Test systems for leaks, pressure, and proper function
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and commercial building standards
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Proficiency with copper, PVC, cast iron, and steel piping systems
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
