Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, with careful documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective symptom management; participate in transitions of care
- Document care activities in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the team

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Certifications: BLS through American Heart Association and NIH Certification required; ACLS preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and travel as assigned
- Comfortable practicing in a hospital setting and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
