Civil Engineer (EIT) – Land Development
Location: Orlando, FL
Experience: 3–5 Years
Position Overview:
Seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) with 3–5 years of land development experience to join a growing engineering team in Orlando. This individual will support the planning, design, and production of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects throughout Central Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare grading, drainage, paving, and utility design plans
- Assist with stormwater management and permitting efforts
- Produce construction documents and technical reports
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Support entitlement and permitting processes
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development design and drafting
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination
- Assist with construction administration and project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification required
- 3–5 years of land development engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with commercial and residential site development projects preferred
- Familiarity with Florida permitting and design standards is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
