Job Type: Part-time (with a clear path to Full-time)
Pay: $62–$70 per hour (DOE) + Commission + Performance Bonuses

About MedSpa MD

MedSpa MD is expanding with a brand-new location in Delaware, and we're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our team from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch and grow a modern, high-end medical spa while building a long-term career with an established aesthetics brand. You'll begin part-time with a clear pathway to full-time as the practice grows.

We're looking for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building patient relationships, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable representing the practice through educational social media content.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and other neurotoxins.
• Administer dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face rejuvenation.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
• Assist with advanced aesthetic services, including non-surgical body contouring and laser treatments.
• Help establish clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices for the new location.
• Support daily clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Create educational social media content, treatment videos, and before-and-after discussions to help grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania and Delaware (required).
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Experience with:
  • Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and other neurotoxins
  • Dermal fillers
  • Facial balancing and advanced injection techniques
• Strong consultation and patient communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering natural-looking aesthetic results.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational social media content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, facial plastics, or plastic surgery practice.
• Advanced training in full-face rejuvenation and combination treatments.
• Experience with body contouring and laser technologies.
• Familiarity with clinic operations, scheduling, inventory management, and team coordination.
• Active professional social media presence related to aesthetics is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $62–$70 per hour , depending on experience
• Commission on injectables and treatment packages
• Performance-based bonuses
