UKG is seeking a Director for GTM Business Applications, remote within the United States. You will join the Enterprise Applications leadership, directing product managers and analysts in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities include coordinating teams, ensuring value delivery, managing requirements, driving KPIs, and aligning with CRM, GTM, and AI initiatives. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Digital and Business teams are expected.
