Manager Talent Acquisition A Brief Overview Lead a team of associates supporting field, contact center or supply chain recruiting and selection activities to ensure adequate staffing levels. What you will do Drive team performance through leadership and coaching of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies. Includes effectively hiring, developing, training, and engaging team of direct reports at various levels. Analyze KPIs and various additional data points to determine team performance. Assesses trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized strategies. Identify challenges and drive resolution through developing solutions. Partners with business leaders to develop strategies to source and assess talent. Influences leaders and business partners on adopting strategies and processes that produce the best hiring decisions and to make quality hiring decisions, removing barriers to support hiring needs. Work cross-functionally with the COE to determine advertising strategy and make budget recommendations based upon staffing needs Drive team adoption and utilization of tools to create an optimized recruitment process Lead various projects to support team initiatives driving continuous improvement Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Required Experience Qualifications 4-6 years Required Previous talent acquisition and leadership experience Preferred Workday experience Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong written, verbal presentation and negotiation skills Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
