Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Compensation: Starting at $23/hour+ DOE | Temp-to-Perm | Quarterly Bonuses
Job Summary: Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable medical practice in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities: Escort patients to and from exam rooms and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Record patient data in the EHR, including vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates

Obtain prior authorizations and precertifications for procedures and surgeries

Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures

Schedule surgeries, referrals, and follow-up appointments as directed

Prepare, clean, and stock exam and procedure rooms according to OSHA and HIPAA standards

Clean, process, and maintain medical instruments and equipment

Administer injections and perform basic clinical procedures as directed

Triage patient calls and communicate effectively with the care team

Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation (typically one week and one weekend per month) — offering additional lucrative pay

Requirements: Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Strong knowledge of EHR systems , clinical protocols , and HIPAA compliance

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team. May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x rays. May prescribe medication. Must be registered nurses who have specialized graduate education.
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients health care plans and prognoses.
• Develop treatment plans, based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
• Provide patients with information needed to promote health, reduce risk factors, or prevent disease or disability.
• Analyze and interpret patients histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Diagnose or treat complex, unstable, comorbid, episodic, or emergency conditions in collaboration with other health care providers as necessary.
• Prescribe medication dosages, routes, and frequencies, based on such patient characteristics as age and gender.
