Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable bilingual Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and experienced Caregivers who are fluent in English and Spanish . As a Home Care Professional, you'll provide compassionate personal care and companionship while helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help with toileting and incontinence care
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide medication reminders and cues for self-administered medications
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Practice infection control and safety procedures
• Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• HHA, CNA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently while following each client's individualized care plan
