Entry Level Sales/Field Marketing Advisor
\nThree Stone Roofing | Franklin, Tennessee
\nLooking for a competitive, people-oriented career opportunity where your effort can translate into real income and professional growth?
\nThree Stone Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to join our field marketing and appointment-setting team. Our team works directly with homeowners to introduce our roofing services, identify potential roofing concerns, and schedule qualified roof inspections with our sales team.

\n• Identify homeowners who are interested in learning more about their roofing needs.
\n• Schedule qualified appointments for our roofing sales representatives.
\n• Track daily activity, appointments, and results.
\n• Participate in team training and coaching sessions.
\nWho we're looking for
\n• Confident communicators who are comfortable approaching new people.
\n• Individuals who are coachable, competitive, and dependable.
\n• People who can handle rejection professionally and stay consistent.
\n• Candidates who want to develop their skills and grow with a company.
\nRoofing experience is not required. We can teach the process; we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
