We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our golfers by maintaining the golf cart fleet and providing exceptional customer service.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Ensure a clean and well-maintained fleet of golf carts by cleaning carts after use, checking tire pressure, and reporting any damagePrepare carts for golfers by loading and unloading clubs, stocking carts with towels, scorecards, and teesAssist golfers with cart operation and answer questions about the courseEfficiently stage and park carts to meet golfer demandMaintain a clean and organized cart storage areaMay also be responsible for cleaning range balls and maintaining the driving range areaGreet members and guests, and provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all members and guestsBe knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times)Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and Team Member informationProfessionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate managerKnow and enforce the venue policies and proceduresAssist with venue preparation for eventsAssist and transport guests as needed around the facility during eventsComplete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 16 years of ageValid driver's license preferredCustomer service experience preferredFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venueCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time and squat, stoop or bendFacility has intermittent noise
