Part‑Time Receptionist – Evenings and Weekends Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 258‑bed facility recognized throughout the Hudson Valley for its outstanding delivery of subacute and long‑term care. Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and take detailed messages when needed. Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area, handling administrative duties as required. Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring effective communication between staff and residents. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving any concerns promptly. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people. At least 1 year of receptionist experience required. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
