Front Desk & Switchboard Specialist — Customer Excellence
Lexus of Great Neck
New Country is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator for our dealership. You will answer inbound calls, greet customers, and support service and sales teams with a courteous, professional demeanor. We require a high school diploma or GED and strong phone skills. MS Office proficiency and CRM familiarity are a plus; prior telemarketing or hospitality experience is valued.
