Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial images and hemodynamic data of the heart and vasculature.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI required or preferred. (Preferred: RCIS noted in unit information.)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Interventional cath lab experience required. Candidates without interventional experience will not be considered.
• Experience with Phillips and Siemens imaging equipment preferred.
• Experience using MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse EMR preferred.
• Ability and willingness to educate junior staff preferred.
• State specific licensing when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EP, IR, and vascular procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with procedures such as EPS, PVI, PPM, PCI preferred.
• Previous cath lab hospital setting experience of at least 2 years preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00-19:00.
• On call requirement: at least 10 shifts per month.
• Patient ratios: typically 3 staff per case.
• Work schedule includes 4x10 hour shifts for some staff on day rotation.
