Pharmacy Technician – Compounding Pharmacy

Beverly Hills, CA
$21.00–$22.00 per hour | Part-Time | Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded independent compounding pharmacy in Beverly Hills is looking to add a Pharmacy Technician to its team.

Serving the Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles community for more than 20 years , the pharmacy specializes in preparing customized medications tailored to individual patient needs across areas including hormone replacement, pain management, dermatology, pediatrics, podiatry and veterinary medicine .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their pharmacy career within a specialist compounding environment .

Previous pharmacy or compounding experience would be advantageous; however, the pharmacy is willing to train the right person .

Position Details

• $21.00–$22.00 per hour
• Part-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Pharmacy hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Beverly Hills, CA

Responsibilities

Working alongside an experienced team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the preparation and processing of prescriptions
• Assisting with customized compounded medications
• Prescription filling, labeling and packaging
• Entering and maintaining accurate patient and prescription information
• Managing inventory and pharmacy supplies
• Communicating professionally with patients and healthcare providers
• Maintaining a clean, organized and compliant pharmacy environment
• Following pharmacy procedures and applicable quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred but not essential
• Compounding experience is a plus but training can be provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a close-knit pharmacy team
• California Pharmacy Technician registration/licensure as required
