Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 24-bed state-of-the-art Emergency Department
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: As needed

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in an Emergency Department
• Experience with HCA and Meditech systems is required
• Current NIH certification is mandatory
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
• Active RN license (temporary licenses will not be accepted)

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue Scrubs
• Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel.
• Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder-length or longer.
• Beards and Mustaches: Should be clean and neatly trimmed.
• Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible.
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.

Additional Information

The position requires adherence to the company-wide attendance policy and responsibilities may include additional floating as needed.
