Client located in the heart of the Piedmont an area famous for its rolling hills and friendly people. Its strategic location is at the center of the state, a short distance from several urban areas Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte and the Research Triangle Park.
Interventional Cardiologist job responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Ideal candidate: 2 5 years of experience
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease, focusing exclusively on coronary interventions within a strong environment for education, innovation, and clinical research
- Physicians will care for complex cardiac and vascular patients
- Opportunity is exclusively coronary, with no peripheral vascular or structural heart interventions
- Serving as overseeing attending for an APP led inpatient and outpatient APPs; responsibilities include morning rounds, care coordination, and consultative support
- Performing a full range of diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, including coronary angiography, PCI (angioplasty and stenting), atherectomy, and advanced coronary imaging (IVUS/FFR)
- Managing acute coronary syndromes (STEMI/NSTEMI) and complex coronary disease
- Typical Weekly Schedule: Two to three days per week in the cath lab performing procedures
- Typical Weekly Schedule: One to two days per week in clinic
